Cameron is a Registered Massage Therapist, he understands everyone is unique and there are no set protocols when it comes to achieving your health and training goals. Addressing the body as a whole, where structure and function are inter-related. Patient education, movement, methodical loading and stress management are a few components to help manage pain, speed up recovery and enhance performance.

Using subtle techniques while listening to the body and facilitating its innate healing abilities. Focusing on the skeletal structure, facilitation of the nervous system, fascial connections and muscle tension. Exercise recommendations are provided to help increase strength, improve movement qualities and reduce future injury risk. Treatments are clothed and no oils/lotions are used, please bring athletic attire.
